ContainerCo Gets Behind Pink Shirt Day

Today is Pink Shirt Day 2026 in Aotearoa, and at ContainerCo we’re proud to stand alongside thousands of Kiwis to take action against bullying, celebrate diversity, and promote kindness and inclusion in our workplace.  Across our business today, many of our people are wearing pink to show their support for the cause — a visible reminder of our shared commitment to respect, inclusion, and supporting each other.

At ContainerCo, we encourage our people to be Courageous — one of our core values — and to be ‘Upstanders’, helping create a workplace where everyone feels safe, valued, and supported. We are very proud of the culture we continue to build together, where respect and inclusion are part of how we show up every day.

We’re also incredibly proud of the diversity within our business. Diversity makes us stronger, smarter, and better at what we do — bringing a truly global perspective to container servicing and logistics here in New Zealand.

At its heart, Pink Shirt Day is also about supporting mental well-being. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply check in with a colleague, teammate, or friend. A small conversation, a kind word, or a simple “Are you OK?” can make a world of difference to someone.
