Container Lift-In
Container Survey
In our Survey function, our IICL certified staff comprehensively inspect all containers upon arrival to our depots. Here they identify any damage to container panels, hardware and flooring. All issues are immediately logged and scheduled for repair by our experienced teams.
Structural Repairs
Our experienced repairs team addresses each of the issues logged and scheduled during the survey process, to bring the container back to its best, before its next journey. This includes panel work, flooring, hardware, and other miscellaneous structural fixes.
Environmentally Friendly Painting
Our team paints the interior of containers that are showing signs of rust or damage. This eliminates the risk of contaminants transferring onto the products & packaging of our export partners. We use our own proprietary water-based paints in this process, which are better for our people and more environmentally friendly for the planet.
Reefer PTI & Mechanical Servicing
Refrigerated [Reefer] Containers play a vital role in the logistics landscape, and they need to work. Our trade-certified technicians provide specialist Reefer servicing support, before finally undergoing rigorous testing to ensure their effectiveness for their next journey.
Washing & MPI Compliance
A fundamental component of our service offering is container washing to remove any biological contaminates to ensure containers meet MPI & Customs compliance.
Container Storage
Our container depots offer dedicated space for container storage after any required services are undertaken. Each depot offers highly organised and secure facilities to ensure a safe stay for your assets. Some depots also offer dedicated hard-stand areas upon which deep-sea containers can be supported and serviced, a requirement by MPI.
