ContainerCo is now just weeks away from completion of its new full-service container depot at 30 Prices Road, Wiri, in Auckland. The 2ha site has been developed by ContainerCo in partnership with New Zealand’s largest investment fund.
Prices Road is located in the new Puhinui Industrial Precinct which is situated between Auckland’s largest industrial suburbs of Wiri & Airport District. The site has expansion capacity with the ability to build additional yard or warehouse operations on a further 1.5ha of industrial-zoned land.
Prices Road will play a critical role in the delivery of ContainerCo’s ‘Golden Triangle’ Expansion programme, in conjunction with its recently opened Ruakura depot (Waikato) and Tauriko depot (Bay of Plenty) which is currently in development.
